Who is responsible for your information

As the website is operated from France, the French supervisory authority for data protection is the CNIL, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with it.
Information you choose to share
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional company name and a description of your project. These details are used to understand the inquiry and respond. Please do not send passwords, financial records or sensitive personal information.
How an inquiry is delivered
When delivery is enabled, the form contents are sent to us as an email through Resend, our email delivery provider, so that we can read and answer your message. A successful submission means Resend has accepted the message for delivery. This website keeps no database of inquiries; the message lives in our mailbox and in Resend’s delivery logs. Resend stores this data in the United States under the standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Your email address is used as the reply address so we can respond to you directly.
Technical information
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It uses no advertising scripts and no cross-site tracking. Fonts are served from the website itself. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security, under its own retention policy.
Audience measurement
To understand which pages are useful, we measure visits using PostHog, configured in its cookieless mode and hosted in the European Union. No cookie, local storage or session storage entry is created, and no profile is built about you. Visits are counted with a temporary identifier the service derives on its servers and rotates daily, so visits cannot be linked to you over time or across websites. Session recording is disabled. We record page views, the links visitors choose and whether an inquiry was sent. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website performs; you may object to this measurement at any time using the contact address below.
Calls and WhatsApp
You can choose to call us or open a WhatsApp conversation using the links on this website. No WhatsApp widget or script is embedded. Opening WhatsApp takes you to a third-party service, where its privacy terms apply. Your telephone number, profile information and any message you choose to send may be shared with us through that service. Please do not send sensitive information. We keep these conversations on the same basis as inquiries sent through the form: deleted within 12 months of our last contact with you unless an engagement follows.
Retention and access
If your inquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete it within 12 months of our last contact with you. If it does lead to one, the information becomes part of that client relationship and is kept for as long as the relationship requires, together with any period we are legally obliged to observe. Inquiries are read only by the people who need them in order to reply. A copy also exists in the delivery logs of Resend, our email provider, under its own retention schedule. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time using the contact details above.
