04 / Our expertise

Systems & API integration.

We connect the systems your team already uses so information moves automatically between them, with clear ownership and fewer inconsistencies.

Discuss your integration

When it makes sense

Your tools work. They just don’t work together.

  • Sales, finance and operations each hold a different version of the same record.
  • Staff export CSV files just to keep another application up to date.
  • An integration breaks silently when a supplier changes its API.
  • A custom application needs to exchange data with a legacy system.

What we deliver

Useful in practice.
Considered in detail.

01

An integration contract

Field mappings, source-of-truth decisions, synchronization rules and explicit handling of conflicts.

02

Reliable data exchange

API clients, webhooks, event processing or controlled batch imports suited to the systems involved.

03

Operational visibility

Meaningful logs, alerting, reconciliation and documented recovery so failures do not disappear into the background.

Typical applications

Built around
a specific job.

  • CRM and finance synchronization
  • Commerce and inventory connections
  • Payment and billing integrations
  • Legacy data exchange
  • Partner-facing APIs

Under the surface

The engineering
that matters here.

We account for authentication, rate limits, schema changes and partial failures. Idempotent processing prevents duplicate work, while reconciliation catches missed events. Credentials stay server-side and access is scoped to what the integration needs.

A practical path

How we approach it.

  1. 01Review API access, data quality and system constraints.
  2. 02Agree ownership and map fields, events and failure cases.
  3. 03Implement against test environments and realistic data.
  4. 04Roll out with monitoring, reconciliation and support documentation.

Good questions

Before we get started.

Something else on your mind?

Ask us directly
What if a system has no API?

We investigate supported exports, imports and database access first. Where only interface automation is possible, we explain its fragility and maintenance cost before recommending it.

Can you repair an existing integration?

Yes. We trace the data flow, inspect failures and identify whether the issue comes from mapping, authentication, timing or a changed contract. A repair may be more appropriate than a replacement.

Let’s make it work better

Let’s work out what would help.

Describe the process, platform or problem. We’ll start there and make the technical decisions together.
