Clear terms.
A considered start.
Website terms of use (CGU). Project work is covered by a separate agreement.
Draft updated
About these terms
These terms concern this website and its project inquiry form. The website presents software engineering services to businesses. It does not offer online purchases, customer accounts or access to a hosted software product.
A project inquiry is not an order, an acceptance of work or a commitment to a price or delivery date. Any engagement requires a separate agreement covering scope, fees, delivery, intellectual property, confidentiality, support and any processing of personal data. That agreement governs the project, not these website terms.
Using the website responsibly
You may browse the website, share links to its public pages and contact us about a genuine business need. Do not use the website to send unlawful or unsolicited material, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls or disrupt its operation.
If you notice a security issue, contact us privately using the verified contact details once published. Please avoid accessing anyone else’s information or performing testing that could interrupt the service.
Project inquiries and information you send
Please provide accurate contact information and only information you are entitled to share. A short description of the business problem is enough to start a conversation. Do not send passwords, confidential datasets, financial records or sensitive personal information through the form.
You retain ownership of the material you submit. Sending an inquiry does not transfer intellectual property rights to us. An inquiry alone does not establish a confidentiality agreement; where one is needed, it should be agreed before sensitive material is exchanged.
A submission confirmation indicates that the inquiry-handling service has accepted the message. It does not confirm that a project has been accepted or guarantee a response within a particular period.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, branding, layouts and original illustrations are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights in third-party names, materials and trademarks remain with their respective owners. Displaying a project does not transfer rights in the project or its software.
You may view and download ordinary browser copies for evaluating our services. Reusing protected material beyond what applicable law permits requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Nothing here restricts lawful quotation, fair use or other statutory exceptions.
Project descriptions and external links
Project descriptions explain particular work and capabilities; they are not a promise of the same results for another business. Visuals identified as illustrations show a workflow or concept rather than an actual product screenshot.
External websites are operated by their own publishers and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not, by itself, imply endorsement or responsibility for the linked service.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may become outdated and access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Please confirm any detail that matters to a project before relying on it.
Website content is general information about our services, not advice tailored to your circumstances. Any specific performance, delivery or support commitments must be set out in the applicable project agreement.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Responsibility for loss arising from use of this website is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights or other rights under applicable EU, US or local law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive foreign court on visitors.
Updates and questions
Changes to these website terms will be published here with an updated date. They do not retrospectively change an existing project agreement or remove rights that have already arisen. Where the law requires notice or express agreement, publishing an update alone does not replace it.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Questions or concerns should be raised using the verified contact details. Applicable law determines jurisdiction; no governing-law or exclusive-court clause has been selected for this draft.
Privacy and contact
Our privacy notice explains how this website handles inquiry information and technical data. These terms are not consent to analytics, advertising or other optional tracking.
